Building Bridges launches new groups supporting the mental health needs of young people

Building Bridges provides 6 to 8 weekly groups and one-to-one support for young people aged 17 to 24. The project offers:

  • a supportive community where young people can connect with peers facing similar challenges.
  • an approach that addresses mental health concerns and fosters understanding and support for neurodivergent individuals.
  • opportunities for young people to build a social network within a safe and supportive environment.
  • peer support and a sense of community among participants.
  • opportunities to take part in creative activities such as art and music.

At Barca-Leeds, we are delivering groups in West and South Leeds from 3 July 2024, as follows:

  • West Leeds Activity Centre, LS12 2RE, 3:30pm to 5:00pm
  • South Leeds Youth Hub, LS10 3JA, 6:15pm to 7:45pm

If you are interested in joining one of our groups, please fill in our online referral form and a member of the team will get back to you.
