Impact Report 2023-24

We are delighted to share Barca-Leeds Impact Report 2023-24!

This publication highlights our progress over the past year and the life-changing impact we have had on the lives of the people we work with.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to the whole staff team, volunteers, partners, stakeholders and our trustees for all of your invaluable work and support over the year.

Last year we worked with 13,182 people and our achievements include:

• The Barca Outreach Support Team (BOST) reducing A&E attendances by 55% releasing cost savings of £415,000 across A&E attendances, ambulance conveyances and hospital admissions.
• Our Accommodation for Ex-Offenders (AFEO) service supported 97% of people not to re-offend after leaving prison.
• We launched our Emotional Regulation Toolkit for young people strengthening emotional resilience for over 2,500 young people.
