Safeguarding is a core part of our work at Barca-Leeds and we're pleased to be taking part in Leeds Safeguarding Week 2024. Hosted by three multi-agency partnerships: Leeds Safeguarding Adults Board, Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership and Safer Stronger Communities, the week offers a host of training and learning sessions for practitioners in Leeds, whose role involves safeguarding. On Monday 18 November, the Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC) team are delivering a session aimed at professionals who would like to develop an understanding of the FDAC model and service within Leeds and the role within pre-proceedings and care proceedings for families and children.
